Brewhouses, tanks and brewery equipment
We supply single pieces of equipment as well as complete turnkey breweries: from the design of the technology through manufacturing and installation to the first brews.
Brewhouses
We supply two-vessel, three-vessel and four-vessel brewhouses. Heating is always by steam.
- Brew size 5, 10, 15 and 20 hl
- One or two brews a day. Two brews go into a tank that is usually twice the size of the brew.
- Stainless steel, or in copper finish: copper cladding, stainless steel top
- Manual operation with butterfly valves as standard, Siemens PLC control as an extension
Tanks
We supply cylindroconical tanks (CCT) and lagering tanks.
- CCT and lagering tanks in volumes of 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100 hl
Cleaning (CIP)
We supply mobile and stationary CIP stations.
- Two vessels: 2 × 100 l, 2 × 200 l, 2 × 300 l or 2 × 500 l
- Three vessels: 3 × 200 l, 3 × 300 l or 3 × 500 l
- Steam or electric heating
- Manual operation, or automatic control on a Siemens PLC
Keg washers
Professional PRO series keg washers with one or two washing heads. Washing runs on its own by program; the operator only loads the kegs.
- Siemens PLC control with adjustable washing programs
- One or two washing heads: one or two kegs at once
- Frame and piping in stainless steel, easy access for maintenance
- For different types of keg fittings
- Standard, readily available parts
Cooling and steam
Cooling for the brewhouse and the cellar, and steam for heating the brewhouse, sized to the brewery.
- Glycol chillers of various capacities
- Ice water tanks and glycol tanks of various volumes
- Electric steam generators with various steam output and power input
- Gas-fired steam generators with various steam output
