We build the control of the brewhouse, cellar, cooling and heating on second-generation Siemens S7-1200 PLCs (G2).

Brewhouse control

One system with GF Brew App

We connect not only the brewhouse and tanks, but also CIP stations and keg washers into one GF Brew App system.

Visualisation for operators

  • SIMATIC Unified touch panels (MTP700 to MTP1200) at the equipment
  • Panel texts in several languages; operators switch the language directly on the panel
  • Temperature history in charts
  • Error messages and fault reports
  • We provide remote service of the control system ourselves via a Teltonika router: program changes and troubleshooting without travelling to the site
  • We set up remote access to the panel for you, so you can monitor and operate production from a computer, tablet or phone

  • The control cabinet can be built by your regular supplier, or we supply it from our workshop.
