We have been supplying brewing technology since 2015. We are based in Ratíškovice in South Moravia, Czech Republic.
History
Jiří Fanta brewed beer in a brewpub for ten years and gained his experience there. He then helped colleagues in the trade to design, build and start up breweries, and taught them their first steps in brewing. After several such projects he founded GF technologic in 2015 and made this work his profession.

How we work with you
- A personal meeting where you outline your ideas.
- We propose a solution and send offers. Through consultations we arrive at the final concept.
- We draw the whole brewery into the floor plan: the layout of the equipment and the connections for water, drainage and electricity. We draw in CAD; the drawings serve as a basis for the building designer.
- Approval, price offer and contract.
- Manufacturing of the brewery, on average 6 to 8 months.
- Installation, commissioning, the first brews and operator training.
